I'm an unusual person to have written this book, and that's the point.

I've spent over two decades building internet technologies, and I've worked almost entirely in AI since 2018 — years before the tools everyone now argues about were ever public. These days I help companies large and small figure out how to implement AI without screwing everything and everyone up in the process. I've spent years learning, concretely and sometimes painfully, what AI is genuinely good at, where it quietly fails, and how to build a process that's effective, honest, and ethical. Most books about writing with AI are written by people who have only ever been its users. I've spent my career on the other side of the glass.

I'm also, and just as seriously, a writer. I've published a literary novel — The Stoic King of New York — where a single false note can sink a page and voice is the whole game. And I've published long-form non-fiction — AI for Network Marketers, more than a hundred and twenty thousand words, in four languages — where what matters instead is accuracy, structure, and a claim you can stand behind. Those are nearly opposite disciplines, and I co-wrote both the way this book describes.

That combination — someone who builds AI and has published real books in both directions — is rare, and it's the whole reason I'm proud of what's in these pages. I didn't invent this method to have something to sell. I discovered it gradually, in the middle of writing other things, and only later understood that it was teachable. So this book was written by its own method; and if the method works, the proof is the simplest thing there is — the voice you've just spent a whole book with is unmistakably mine.

The proof, in both directions

The method that runs through Co-Writer, Not Ghostwriter was discovered writing these — a literary novel and a full-length work of non-fiction, two nearly opposite disciplines.

The Stoic King of New York

A Brooklyn tragedy — born with the emperor's gifts, not his wisdom.

Where a single false note can sink a page and voice is the whole game. A literary novel co-written with the method this book teaches.

AI for Network Marketers

More than 120,000 words, in four languages.

Where accuracy, structure, and a claim you can stand behind are everything. Long-form non-fiction co-written the same way — the opposite discipline, the same craft.
